Packages does not include website such as Blogging Websites, Community Building Websites, Mobile Device Websites, Search Engines / Directories, jobs portals, matrimony portals, property portals and any other website with any custom features.
For these we require complete details, according to details we shall send quotation (including features and pricing) for the same.
Note : Additional Service Tax (12.36%) will be applicable to all website packages.
I. Limitations
-
Layout would be designed and shared, from which the final design is to be chosen

Logo, product images and content to be provided by the client

There would be an extra nominal charge for every additional pages to be designed
-
FREE website maintenance for 1 month after the completion of project (Add, Delete, Modify text only)

Website once deployed on the domain, will consider completion of project.
II. Payments
50% Payment in advance.
25% Once Design Approve from customer side.
25% payment after completion of work, i.e. before deployment.
III. Services

All services are subject to reliasation of cheque.

Any service time duration will be minimum 24 - 48 hrs.

All service provide on E-mail ID, which will registered at WEBXCES

Any Intimation, or sensitive information will be provided only on registered E-mail.
IV. Legal
-
Do not use website for any illegal or fraud purpose.

In any Legal consequences we (WEBXCES) have right to temporarily suspend website until issue resolves.

We are not responsible for any kind of loss or damage to user and client.

We are not responsible for website content or any data, which effect individual or any community.

We are not the partners or sharing body of website.

If require, we can provide you the compiled website through mail or CD for restoration purpose.

We (WEBXCES) require coordination from customer side for development of project , In case within 30 days we do not get your co-ordination for development / approval, will consider as termination of project (with no refunds).

We WEBXCES have right to transfer or shift website to another server to provide you excellent service, it may results downtime for few hrs.

V. Maintenance

Maintenance day will be calculated from the date of website deployment i.e. on your domain.

It includes debugging and bug fixes in website / application

It includes small correction in application E.g. spelling mistakes, image editing etc..

In case, If further development requires, you will get the nominal quote.
Note: Maintenance does not includes further development or adding new features.
VI. Data entry for website is not included. Website will support Standard language.

A. All our web design packages India (except the Value package) include a Flash Banner on the Homepage. We don’t have any predefined packages for flash websites, but you can contact us for a custom quote.
